Slovenia & Croatia Tour

Itinerary

Fly into Ljubljana and take this day to relax from a long flight.

Start the tour with short introduction of Ljubljana town and its history together with our knowledgeable English-speaking guide. Enjoy visiting the best highlights of Ljubljana including stops for tasting authentic and traditional Slovenian specialties.

While in Ljubljana, visit Lake Bled and Bled castle with a spectacular view on the lake. Walk along the Bled Lake and enjoy traditional Pletna boat ride only known in Bled. Arrive to the small island in the middle of the lake and enjoy special energy flowing the island.

Visit Postojna Cave and Predjama Castle. Predjama Castle; one of the world's most dramatic castles. Picturesque, magnificent, defiant, mysterious and impregnable, it has been dominating the surrounding area and it teaches a clear lesson: if you want to build an impregnable fortification, put it in the gaping mouth of a cavern halfway up a 123m cliff. Postojna Cave: The karst cave at Postojna, one of the largest in the world, is among Slovenia’s most popular attractions and its stalagmite and stalactite formations are unequalled anywhere. The vast and fantastic jungles of rock formations are breathtaking.

Explore The first Croatian national park and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Plitvice lakes offer its visitors a blend of vivid colors, sounds and smells that are spectacular and memorable. Its 16 cascading lakes and numerous waterfalls make up one of the greatest wonders of the world. The lakes are a mesmerizing view of green and blue accompanied by the thundering sounds of the many waterfalls that connect the lakes to create a true paradise on Earth. Overnight in Plitvice Lakes

Exploring the ancient town of Split, indulge yourself taking a walk inside Diocletian Palace, a UNESCO World Heritage site. You will go back in time and discover where Splits local spirit and life have been evolving since the 4th century.

Enjoy full day on your own private boat tour and explore gorgeous Blue Lagoon and leisure walk down the Trogir town. During your stay in Split, I would highly recommend to visit unique town of Trogir – beautifully set within medieval walls, its streets knotted and maze-like. Once you will get hungry, we will take you for a lunch to the settlement of Maslinica, in the castle built by the noble family Marchi in 1708.

Moving on to the islands, the Island of Hvar, explore unique harmony of beautiful nature, architecture, centuries old history and the historical town of Stari Grad, a 2 400 years old town protected by UNESCO. Our knowledgeable, local, English speaking guide will take to the unique Island tour where you will hear the stories that only locals know. Visit beautiful winery, enjoy wine tasting and finish the day having lunch at the unique place. Hidden, in a totally abandoned village, you will have your place to taste magnificent specialties made by the owner himselfDont miss this experience.

Enjoy full day on your own private boat. Cruise to the Vis Island and Blue Cave, and enjoy some relaxing time in the protected bays of Hvar's nearby Pakleni Islands. The highlight of this trip would be exploring Blue Cave; one of the unique natural phenomenon in the world and the magnificent work of Mother Nature.

Finally, Dubrovnik The Pearl of The Adriatic! Walk through the city among its architectural and cultural masterpieces that will set you back in time: the Franciscan Monastery, Gothic cloister with one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe; the Rectors Palace; the Onofrio fountain and the Bell tower.

Be inspired to walk along the UNESCO landamark - ancient City Walls that have protected Dubrovnik Republic for centuries.
