Continue firther Traveling between Sarajevo and Bihać. On the way visit once upon a time the most important city in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Travnik and medieval capital of Bosnian Kingdom, Jajce. In the afternoon check in to your hotel and overnight at Bihać.
Staying in Bihac, take an opportunity to explore unique and not so crowded National Park Una. Una National Park is all about water with a network of river streams, pools, white water rapids, canyons and waterfalls. All are surrounded by lush forests with dense vegetation and limestone cliffs. Una river got its name from a Roman warrior that thought the river was so beautiful that it was the one and only (Una). I can personally say that the Una is indeed one of the most spectacular rivers in Bosnia with its deep turquoise blue and emerald green colors.
Step into Croatia, only 45 minutes driving distance to famous National Park Plitvice Lakes. The first Croatian national park and a UNESCO World Heritage site, Plitvice lakes offer its visitors a blend of vivid colours, sounds and smells that are spectacular and memorable. Its 16 cascading lakes and numerous waterfalls make up one of the greatest wonders of the world. The lakes are a mesmerizing view of green and blue accompanied by the thundering sounds of the many waterfalls that connect the lakes to create a true paradise on Earth.
